These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Saturalabs (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Terms of Service

1) Who can use the Service

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity (B2B), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

2) The Service

Saturalabs provides AI-powered tools focused on intuitive, easy-to-use "use case" features that aim to provide value to customers. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

3) Your account and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4) Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Some features require payment, typically through Credits and/or a subscription (if offered).

  • Credits are units you can spend to use paid features.
  • Credit pricing, availability, and feature costs may change over time.
  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in your plan, Credits do not expire. If we introduce expiration for a specific package, we will disclose that clearly before purchase.

5) Payments are processed by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record)

All payments for the Service are processed via Polar.sh ("Polar"), acting as our Merchant of Record.

This means:

  • Your checkout and payment transaction are handled by Polar.
  • Polar may appear on your bank statement.
  • Polar may handle certain tax, invoicing, and payment compliance requirements as part of being Merchant of Record.

6) Refund policy (credits and errors)

Because the Service is digital and Credits are consumable:

  • No refunds for spent Credits. Once Credits have been used/spent, we do not offer refunds for those spent Credits.
  • Billing/technical errors: If you believe Credits were deducted incorrectly or there was an error attributable to us, contact saturalabs@protonmail.com with details (account email, timestamp, what happened). If confirmed, we may restore Credits, provide service credit, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Important note about Polar (Merchant of Record): Even if we maintain a "no refunds" policy for spent Credits, Polar may issue refunds in certain cases (for example to reduce disputes/chargebacks) according to their Merchant of Record policies and risk controls.

7) EU/EEA/UK consumer withdrawal rights (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain distance purchases.

Because the Service is delivered digitally and can be used immediately, you may be asked at checkout to:

  • request immediate access/performance, and
  • acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service begins (for example once Credits are made available and/or you start using them),

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate applicable laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or restrictions.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
  • Reverse engineer the Service or extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, or exploitative content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.

9) Your content, AI outputs, and responsibility

Your inputs: You retain rights to the content you submit to the Service ("Content"), and you represent you have the rights needed to submit it.

AI outputs: The Service generates outputs based on your inputs. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purpose.

You are responsible for:

  • verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical use cases,
  • how you use the outputs, and
  • ensuring your use complies with laws and these Terms.

10) Intellectual property

The Service (software, UI, branding, and underlying systems) is owned by Socialcap AB and/or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as allowed by these Terms.

11) Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

12) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • your use creates security or legal risk,
  • we must do so to comply with law, or
  • payments fail (where applicable).

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds.

13) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be correct.
  • We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Socialcap AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15) Indemnity (mainly relevant for business users)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socialcap AB from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
